What we believe about ourselves and the world can be greatly impacted by the traumas we face. What if our core beliefs included having empathy for ourselves? This is my goal with all of my clients. I use evidence based theories with my clients to reprocess trauma and help them achieve their personal goals. I desire to walk closely with God and my clients in order to provide a compassionate and faithful therapeutic environment through the art of accompaniment, which teaches us to "remove our sandals before the sacred ground of the other" (Pope Francis, "The Joy of the Gospel").
